Returns and Refunds

  • Wingler & Company, LLC does not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and processed. 
  • You must contact steven@winglerco.com within five days of receipt of your order.
  • No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of the order
  • Any returns must be in sealable condition and in original, unopened packaging
  • Return shipping is the customers responsibility, unless you have a received damaged or wrong product
  • Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Should you receive a damaged product, please contact customer service at steven@winglerco.com.

Please contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or accessing our products (error, malfunctioning, double delivery, etc.). All queries should be made without delay to our customer service: steven@winglerco.com

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 7-12 days for delivery
  • We ship via UPS packaging service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • 573 Supply House does not ship outside U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia)
  • Some items may not be available for purchase in some countries

Custom Work

  • Please allow 10-15 days for the turnaround time for all custom items.
  • Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue.
  • Once invoices are paid for custom work, we will start the process.
